Christmas Morning 2014...

Words aren't really necessary for most of Christmas morning when the pictures can tell the story...

Kicking off the morning

Opening gifts with Mimi

New play sand, ornaments and lots of Paw Patrol themed merchandise

I had no idea that one of the biggest hits from Christmas morning was going to be a chef outfit.  Opening gifts came to a screeching halt while Georgia got dressed and helped Mimi prep potatoes for a bit...

Chef Georgia

Next year, she's already been assigned the mashed potatoes!

And then it was back to the tree...

Trying on some new sneakers, a new puppy friend and lots of games

Note the progression from new slippers to new sneakers!

She was so excited to finally get Pom-Pom the Panda, since she has been talking about it for months

Special new jewelry box and bracelet from Mimi

New ear muffs

And the aftermath...

Christmas 2014 will definitely go down as the official "Paw Patrol" Christmas...

Merry Christmas 2014...

After opening gifts in the morning, we had a few hours to play before we headed off to Auntie's house for Christmas with the family... and my favorite meal of the year!!  Georgia wanted absolutely every game and present opened IMMEDIATELY because that is how 3 year-olds roll on Christmas morning.

Of course, G was in gift opening heaven all day long.  I was just trying to keep up by writing down what she was getting from whom before she ran off to the next pile of presents.  The funniest thing is that Georgia had no interest in showing Nick or I her presents.  She only wanted to show her cousin, Nathan!

She ADORES Nathan and couldn't wait to give him his Christmas present...

Opening presents from Auntie Lisa...

Nick is officially in the clan or he has just been around long enough to know the dress code for Christmas day...

Nick, Uncle Ray and Jerry

Georgia loved being at Auntie's house... especially with the newest additions to the family - Finn and Carl (the gerbils)!  She screamed "RUN-RUN-RUN!" every time one of the little guys jumped on the wheel.  Whenever she went missing during the day, I'd find her sitting on the couch in the play room staring at these guys.

Since we always stay at Auntie's house until fairly late on Christmas evening, we brought some comfy jammies to change into later that day.

Playing and hugs for Auntie

Late night, the crazy really starts, especially when your cousins let you play with their big boy toys...

Yup, that's a sickle!

The crazy always ramps up when Uncle Mike shows up too!

Another Christmas in the books.  As I've said, the holiday season always seems to go by so fast.  It's beyond nuts to me that Georgia has been around now for 4 Christmas seasons...
