Moving Upstairs

I think the most impressive room in the new house is definitely the owner's suite (apparently the term "master bedroom" is outdated?!?!).  The second Nick and I saw the alternate layout for the Newbury with the owner's suite, we were sold.  Perhaps it's because our new bedroom will have more square footage than the two condos we've listed in during the past 5 years!??!

When you first walk into the room at the top of the stairs, you first walk into a foyer type area with a tray ceiling.

Immediately off this foyer area is a small sitting area.

On the other side is the main bedroom area with walk-in closet and owner's bath.  Again, the main bedroom area also has a tray ceiling.

I knew this was the perfect house when I saw the closet in this room.  It is a woman's dream closet.

It just goes on and on and on...

Still debating if I should allow Nick to use this closet?!?

We also loved the bathroom in this bedroom since it has two vanities and it's own water closet.

We were able to design the bathroom and picked out rouge cabinetry, 12x12 brancacci windrift tiles, and a whisper green backsplash.

Overall, we're very excited for our future bedroom!
